On June 10, 2024, 2seventy bio, Inc. (the “Company”) held its previously announced 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”), at which a quorum was present. At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders of the Company voted on the following proposals: (i) the election of Denice Torres, Marcela Maus, M.D., Ph.D and Eli Casdin as Class III members of the Board of Directors to serve until the Company’s 2027 annual meeting of stockholders (“Proposal 1”) and (ii) the ratification of the selection of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024 (“Proposal 2”).
